We inform you that various malicious companies or private individuals attempt to mislead our clients and make them believe they are affiliated with POMS, in-order to sell their “services”. Very often, these “services” are of very poor quality or simply non-existent. These companies or individuals approach our clients by communication to solicitation and claim falsely to be from POMS or its affiliate. Should you receive a phone call or an email by someone who claims to be from POMS or has approval from POMS, you should always ask for details of the person contacting you along with address of their business. If you do not receive a satisfactory response to your request, then the entity contacting you is a fake and we strongly recommend you to seize immediately all communications, do not disclose any personal information and of course don’t purchase any service offered.

In case you receive any suspicious telephone call or e-mail, we kindly request from you to inform us at POMS, so that we can inform our network members and clients and take the necessary actions to stop this malicious activity.
