An online meeting is very likely organized with you and facilitated via platforms such as Skype, Zoom, Viber or Messenger. During this phase, we ask in full detail what you want to accomplish. Your objectives are documented, and we do our homework to determine the processes required along with the critical path to optimize deliverables.

Proposal & Cost Quotation
Having collected the requirements and processes to deliver your solution, a detailed proposal is prepared and submitted for your evaluation, approval & project assignment. An outline of tasks with estimated duration periods by service collaborator from our network, and a management /coordination best estimate for hours of involvement, are clearly presented for your assessment. Incorporated you will find our Cost Quotation with professional expenses (legal, notary, finance tax, certificates etc.) plus our time-based capped fees. In addition, any travel or lodging expenses – only if deemed necessary – will be clearly outlined with our proposal to you in advance. Terms and conditions are stipulated and agreed upfront, prior to the start of any project.
