We first visited Greece back in 2016 and fell in love with the place, so we decided to invest there for our future residence. We purchased a lovely piece of land by the beach on the island of Evia and set out to build our dream home. Little did we know of the troubles we were to encounter. Despite hiring various lawyers, accountants and construction crews, 6 years went by and we still did not have a house… An incredible mess: language barriers, bureaucracy, unreliability and just too many chiefs – no Indians. We were at the brink of selling the property until a friend referred us to POMS in the summer of 2022. What a team!
